Memorial Day
A day on which those who died in active military service are remembered, traditionally observed last Monday in May.
Sunday before we place flags on the graves of veterans at Maplewood Cemetery
Memorial Day 11:00 am we will do a full service at Maplewood and a meal at the post afterwards

July 4, Independence Day
A federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, by the Continental Congress declaring that the thirteen American colonies regarded themselves as a new nation, the United States of America, and no longer part of the British Empire.
Hotdogs, hamburgers, for a gathering and fellowship at the Canteen


Nov 11, Veterns Day
Honoring military veterans
Full service at the Canteen 11:00 am, and refreshments afterwards


Christmas charity work  
Every year we get together and donate presents to the Murdoch Center. This brings a lot of joy to both the giving, and the recieving.
Check with local events for more information on donating and how to help. 2016 will be our 40th year
